The City of Fairfield has three parks offering 100-acres of recreational park opportunities. Leo French Park, the largest in the entire county, a baseball diamonds and an Olympic size swimming pool. Situated on rolling wooded acreage it features a small lake that is home for many geese, ducks and swans that enjoy the treats brought to them by visitors. The lake is also surrounded by a paved walking path and serves as a breathtaking background for the annual candlelight Relay For Life project. During the Christmas Holiday Season Leo French Park is the location for Fairfield's Festival of Lights. To date the Festival features over 90 (and counting) lighted displays. The park with its well-designed sports segments and scenic lake is comparable to larger city parks and well worth the trip to see.

Lakeside Park offers lighted tennis courts, baseball, playground, and picnic facilities.

Southwest Park is center to Fairfield's softball program. In addition to the ball diamonds the park includes a concession stand, generous parking space, and serves as home to the community's annual Fourth of July fireworks celebration.
